checked the flashdrive dir from CP.... going to download it again and try one more time.....

ty for reply. followed all instructions. when entered the e:\frst (for x64 bit version type e:\frst64) and press Enter portion of the directions, states h:\frst is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Just signing on. Sorry, I posted in the wrong section of the Forum. Have run Malwarebytes many times - you guys are great. Problem...... Starting up in Safe Mode (networking is disabled, not by my wishes).... Try to log into my Admin Acct. I get a CP window for about one minute but it immediately goes to black screen with SafeMode showing in corners, but not functionality. I tried quickly to access the CP window to try and run Malwarebytes from CP, but only got as far as CD when it disappeared. I can access Standard Accts and run Malwarebytes from there, but don't think it locates any problems on the Admin Acct. So I'm stuck....... help please?

Got the CyberFBI virus monkey-pack or whatever. Tried to reboot in Safe Mode with Networking. When I log into the Admin Account, which is where I was when it happened, I get a black screen. I can log into Standard Account from Safe Mode, with no black screen. I managed to get Task Mgr. up and noticed under Services Tab that Status of most apps is Stopped.
