sorry... its a laptop windows 8 preinstalled hp pavilion g6 ive tried: bluetooth wired wireless

i cant run it becase of the mouse issue but i can tell you thats its windows 8 and every mouse i try does the same thing and that for about 30 seconds after start i can use my mouse fine

my keyboard works fine but clicking is all screwed up when I click on a window it wont do anything or it will open new tabs in chrome if I click on the back buttons and in general wont let me click anything... what should I do?
