  5. Hi Thanks so much for your response. Unfortunately I am stuck on the first step. as I mentioned in my initial post I am unable to save or run .exe or internet files, therefore I cant downlaod the program to get the DDS.txt and Attach.txt report logs. What do I do from here.
  6. HI There, I am not very educated on virus' etc, but I'll explain what my issue is and hopefully it makes sense. I have the free malware bytes software and recently did a full scan that picked up hundreds of items, when I went to the removal screen they were all listed and were un-ticked. From reading other posts I believe this makes them PUP's. Anyway, I thought I had to manually tick them all for removal so I started doing this and as it was taking a while to tick 'hundreds', I was interrupted by a phone call, I clicked remove for the ones id already ticked and thought Id go back to the others later after the call. When I went to go back to do the others they weren't there any more so I just thought I'd run the scan again and remove the rest, this didn't work as nothing came up, and I know there were hundreds that I didn't tick for removal. I went into the log and it shows that for majority of the items 'no action taken'. so how do I get these PUP files to show up again so I can remove them. Also this may or may not be related, I also have problems with .exe files, I cant run or save any, could this be related? Lastly, I also cant turn on my MacAfee firewall or Microsoft firewall, could this be related? Thank you so much.
