Hello, I am posting this as a last resort before wiping my drive and reinstalling Windows 7. I've been infected with somthing called "Super Backup Online Backup". From what I see, it's related to/by something called "Strongvault". I've been able to partially eradicate it just by hacking the registry and deleting files. Also HijackThis was helpful. But it keeps coming back. Some sort of Windows Installer package runs when I boot, but I keep cancelling it. It also runs when I try to use certain features in Microsoft Excel 2010. This leads me to believe it's infected MS Office..? Or perhaps I am also infected with a dropper of some sort..? How do i procede to request your help? Thanks.
