    Do you have a W7 dvd, restore partition or restore disk?? Not sure. When I first got the computer, I used cd to install OS.

    Malwarebytes detected Trojan. Zaccess but couldn't remove it. How can I remove this? Norton couldn't detect this. Thank you for your help. Diag1.txt Disag2.txt
