I have a bit of a problem. I got the ukash malware earlier this morning - right before I was going to sleep. I shut my computer down, reloaded, couldn't access anything, but managed to ctr-alt-del to log off, and then when it told me it was waiting for programs, I told it to stop logging off, which did let me get to my desktop and research it. I discovered it was malware, I found this site and the suggested download. My first step was a system restore, which I did. Then, I logged back in, not in safe mode, and I began to try and download it. Another popped up - I can't remember the name now but it posed as an anti-virus software scanning my computer, first word started with an S? I did google it and found out it was also malware. I downloaded the malwarebytes program but couldn't install it because the new malware kept stopping me. I decided to try and go into safemode again. Here is where the problem starts: I can no longer access safemode. On windows 7, which I am using, safe mode is accessed via tapping f8 before the Starting Windows thing comes up - I did it before a couple times. Now, it does nothing. I cannot access any sort of safe mode. Indeed, the last time I was in safemode, in networking, it shut down automatically. So I'm kind of lost. I'm on my laptop, hoping i don't have to wipe my computer clean of all my files to get it to work again. What can I do to restore my computer?
