  1. Reinstalled Malwarebytes Pro and everything is working fine now.
  2. And the plot thickens...I tried to re-install it and now it's completely gone.
  3. Hello there, I need help! Malwarebytes Won't Open and I've already tried Chameleon twice. Please be advised, I'm not really tech savvy. Thanks in advance. -Giovanni
  4. Disregard last post I figured it out. It's Gone.
  5. Borislav for some reason there is still a Combofix file that is listed on the desktop (even though it's not actually seen on the desktop) that for some reason I can't delete. How can I get rid of it?
  6. Okay Borislav, disabled Virus protection and Secunia installed and ran. Updated 1 program. What's the next step / final instructions?
  7. Webroot blocked the download for Secunia PSI Download and it did the same thing the other day for a different download, which was Java itself from bleepingcomputer.com, hence you sending me a direct link. The program claims that there was malicious content hidden in there somewhere. I checked www.java.com/verify and got this notice after running their check: Congratulations, You have the recommended Java installed (Version 7 Update 25). What next?
  8. I wanted to check to see if Java was installed and running properly. the link you provided above for Secunia PSI Download gets blocked on my computer for malicious content.
  9. I'm sorry Borislav I got lost... when I put that location into my c drive I get a bunch of folders numbered from 0-63 then a few folders listed as "host", "muffin", tmp, and then what looks like a file named lastAccessed. when I put that loctation into my search engine I get a page about Java - windows 7 help which leads me to a page wanting me to download RegClean Pro. which do you want me to do?
  10. after I installed the 32 bit version, I ran a test from Java and it said it was installed properly.
  11. So after eventually trying again after restarting my computer and going through this whole debacle of whether or not to download the 64bit version or the 32bit version, even though my os is 64bit...but then It seemed not to be installing properly and it seemed the IE I'm running is actually 32bit...so I downloaded both and it seemed to install properly...but I'm not sure.
  12. I'll try it again after you're last post with the direct link
