  1. Hi Porthos, yes, directly, payment over cleverbridge. I found out that I have an account here @ my.malwarebytes.com (I don't remember ever using it, it's been 8 years) and the licenses there are correct. I deactivated and successfully reactivated the mb app on this pc. But still "William Clowser" as user in the subscription part? Technically no problems so far, only this unknown name and email.
  2. Hi, my MB 4.6.10 upraded today to MB 5.1.0.102. No technical problems so far. I have a lifetime license since 2013 and when I look into the subscription tab, there is an unknown user and e-mail address instead of the id/key. Is that intentional or a bug? I never had a MB account on the website or so, only the id/key. kind regards
  3. Hello, i don't where to post but there a translation errors on the main window of v4.5.33.272. It must be "Geplanter Scan" instead of "Geplááánter Scááán". And "Daily" = "Täglich" (not shown on my screenshot but is in the same place). In the v4.5.32 its not translated still in english (saw it right now on another pc). kind regards _z_
  4. Hello, since today Anydesk 7.0.13 (Anydesk.com) will be reported as Trojan.Loader on my pc, an older Anydesk installer too. MB-Version 4.5.11.202 Paket 1.0.57640 Componentsversion 1.0.1716 Log and anydesk-file attached. anydesk_report.rar
  5. on my 2 win10 machines it seems working, had to kill the malwarebytes service task to refresh the memory usage
  6. update 1.0.3802 still increasing memory... why no rollback to <3798??
