  1. Please see the attached picture showing the subscription status of my PC's . My plan is to buy a second seat on the long expiry date PC (30.84 GBP) to replace, rather than renew the soon to expire subscription on the other PC (59.98 GBP). Would that be allowed please?
  2. Not long after I posted my message I was able to see the web cams. I presumed something had been fixed at your end! Gonzo: No, just a normal session. Another one of life's great mysteries. Thanks for your time though.
  3. The Malware Browser Guard for Chrome is blocking the Live Cams at https://www.skylinewebcams.com/ Similar situation with Firefox. Edge appears to be OK.
  4. Sorry about that. Now I can report that the beta has solved the problem. Thanks to all involved.
  5. No luck with the new beta version. Printers still go off-line - even with KIS 20.0.14.1085(m) disabled.
  6. Thanks for the suggestion but the beta version has not corrected the issue. With regards to disabling SNMP for both printers I get An error has occurred during port configuration. This operation is not supported.
  7. Since the update to 4.2.1.89, shortly after MWB starts at bootup, both wi-fi connected printers go off-line (Brother HL-1210W and HP ENVY HP025212). If I disable Web Protection the printers stay online after startup.. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks. mbst-grab-results.zip
  8. It went through three instances of installing the update before it decided that Malwarebytes was up to date.
  9. I've just tried to update VLC within the program using Help > Check for updates... and MWB blocked the downloaded update.
  10. The main problem here is that I don't know what's issuing the RiskWare report because there's no reference to 'File' in either the popup or in the report.
  11. I've just resumed using Malwarebytes after the compatibility problems with Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 being solved by updating to KIS 2019). I'm now seeing the occasional RiskWare report blocking IP Address: 123.123.123.123. even with my PC at idle and no browsers open. In addition to the scan with MWB which found nothing I've also had Kaspersky and HitmanPro scan my system without finding anything. Can you help me to find what's on my PC trying to contact that blocked site please? Website Blocked Report.txt Threat Scan.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  12. Try KIS 2019 and see if MalwareBytes 3.5.1 works properly now - it does here. https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?/topic/395351-kaspersky-internet-security-2019-official-released-kis-19001088aen_14169exe/
  13. This might be of interest to those with Kaspersky Internet Security 8 and Malwarebytes showing Web Protection as active but not actually blocking any malicious sites. https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?/topic/395351-kaspersky-internet-security-2019-official-released-kis-19001088aen_14169exe/ After installing the early release of KIS 9 I've found that Web Protection is now fully operational using these addresses:- http://iptest.malwarebytes.org/ http://52.21.84.70/
  14. Don't think so. Web Protection blocking nothing here with 3.4.5.
  15. Ron, I'm going to reinstall Windows 10 on both PC's - thanks very much for your time.
  16. Ron, To be honest I'm beginning to think that the best option for both PC's would be a fresh install of Windows 10 and then see what happens with MWB.
