I did a full scan this afternoon and found 1 result, that appears questionable as I scanned it again with Panda 2013 and was returned negative:

Since a full scan takes 3 hours, I rescanned the detected item again in developer mode & attach the logs for both occasions.
Mind you, I've been trying to get rid the AVG Safe Toolbar for the last couple of weeks and it keeps reappearing so my paranoia at the moment is a little tweaked.
