  1. I already uploaded a logs file yesterday. Do you want a different one?
  2. Darn it! I hit the solution button instead of the Quote grrrrr I'm sorry, but I can't do all of those things. I'm scared I will screw things up even more. I'll just deal with it the way it is :(
  3. I'm too scared to do that. I know I'll do something wrong and screw things up even worse.
  4. I did everything I was told to do, and it just happened again! The icon in the tray has the red triangle again, but when I open Malwarebytes, it's showing as turned on. I wonder if the Windows 10 update is the problem. I have also gotten a couple of blue screens saying one of my devices stopped working and it has to restart. Nothing like this has ever happened before the update. I'm thinking of uninstalling the update, but then that has consequences as well. I don't know what to do!
  5. OK, turned off the fast startup. I had google on my allowed list. I removed it. Why should Windows security be turned off? Oh, and the popup saying ransomware wasn't on happened again, before I changed everything you told me to. There was a Windows update day before yesterday too - that might have screwed things up. Right now things are working. Hopefully it will stay that way. Thanks for your help!
  6. It's collecting the logs - as soon as it's done I'll add the file.
  7. God, I feel so stupid now. That fixed it, thankfully! Sorry, I tend to panic ...
  8. I don't know what happened to the program, but I got back from supper, and there was a box saying that ransomware was turned off, and I needed to turn it on. I don't know how it got turned off, but it asked for my password to turn it on, and I entered the password, and now it just keeps saying "Pending". Should I be alarmed by this?? I hope someone can help me. I have a lifetime license, and I don't know if I should uninstall the program, and reinstall it. HELP!
  9. What turned on tamper protection on my computer. I don't remember doing it. Now it's asking for a password, and I have no idea what it is! I'm on my home PC. It wants me to totally re-install the program if I don't know the password, so what the heck do I do now - besides having to totally re-install it?? NEVER MIND - FOUND THE PASSWORD.
  10. Where is this option? I've been through Malwarebytes software, and I don't see where the option to turn things on or off for only the browser guard.
