  2. It's running great now. Everything seems fixed.
  3. I had actually run this on here a couple times before, so there isn't really anything on it. The last time I ran it was about a week ago. Here is the log. AdwCleanerR3.txt
  4. Here are the 2 logs. mbar-log-2013-07-19 (20-41-09).txt system-log.txt
  5. I went ahead and did the dds scan and the rogue killer scan. Here are the reports from them. Thank you again for helping me. attach.txt dds.txt RKreport0_S_07192013_133532.txt
  6. I messaged you about this laptop also having the svchost.exe trojan. I went ahead and did the dds scan and the roguekiller scan. Here are the files for that. Thank you again for helping me with this one too. RKreport0_S_07192013_133532.txt attach.txt dds.txt
  7. Thank you for your help. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me with everything.

  8. Alright, I got it to work. Everything is running fine now. I really appreciate all your help. You are a life-saver.
  9. I tried that too. I just saw that section on the page before you posted that. When it runs, it puts an X next to the Resetting User Customizations. Everything else goes through ok. Internet Explorer doesn't just close itself out now, but it won't load the web pages at all.
  10. Ok, Chrome is fixed. I tried to run the fixit, but it came up with a message saying "There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
  11. Ok, all of the major issues seem to be resolved. I am still running into some issues, though. Internet Explorer is not working at all. When I try to open it, it just opens as a big white box, and then closes a minute later. Also, Google Chrome was opening into 2 seperate search provider tabs. One was Babylon and the other was Delta. These were both on the program list, and I had uninstalled them before you started assisting me with this. Also, when you first open Google Chrome, it pops up saying that it is unable to load the user profile. It brings this box up 6-7 times before loading those 2 tabs. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it did the same thing. I uninstalled it again and installed firefox, which seems to be working normally. Also, there is a flag that says "solve a problem with windows explorer". I had it try to resolve, but it is still showing up.
