  1. Thanks exile. The product details that daledoc1 provided a link to (http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro/#details ) are misleading, in my opinion. In the bright side, this could mean I do not have some malware! I'll continue working with the help desk. Thanks again, -rufino
  2. Thank you daledoc1! I went ahead and started a ticket with the consumer support help desk! I did notice that there is NO option for Windows XP 64 bit on the ticket request. I was under the impression that XP 64bit was supported.
  3. daledoc1, Thanks for the reply. I have wrestled with this problem for over a week and I have had many restarts since then. As for the XP SP2 question, I don't have an answer for you except that the windows autoupdate has never asked me to install SP3! This is an older computer I purchased from a friend but I suspect that there is no SP3 for 64bit version of Windows XP. I have attached the mcheck log and 3 most recent protection module logs. 4. Hello, I am unable to start the malicious website blocking with malwarebytes PRO on my Windows XP SP2 64bit. I have done full scans with no malware identified. Any help is appreciated! -rufino
