  1. Alright, I will do all that you recommended. Thank you for all your help, time, and patience... I really appreciate your assistance that you provided!
  2. Ok, I ran the scan and here's the log. I did the quick scan, so I hope that is the scan that you wanted me to do? aswMBR 7.16.txt
  3. Ok, I did all of this and there were no errors in the disk. The blue screen seems to still show up unfortunately with the same error at times. Sometimes, not even when I'm scanning with malwarebytes.
  4. No, I didn't get one, which is strange... I don't know if it has anything to do with running this program in the past.
  5. Ok, I attached the two logs here. Also, I attached a rogue killer log as well from a scan I did. Unfortunately, it seems that I clicked on a link recently by accident that seems to have given me a rootkit/virus of some sort. It is listed under registry errors. I'm extremely sorry that all of this is taking so long, and I am truly thankful and appreciate all the assistance you are providing! My sincerest apologies for all of this! Attach 7.12.txt DDS 7.12.txt RKreport 7.12.txt
  6. Alright, I reinstalled my antivirus and itunes/ Bonjour, but this doesn't seem to have solved the problem. I still get the same error, but it says KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR with the blue screen.
  7. Alright, I did the scan with the FRST and attached both the logs. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  8. It runs much better now, however it seems that the blue screen persists somewhat. It only happens though, if I have many tabs open on the same browser, or if I have facebook open. The blue screen will appear, if the scan is going on with the situation previously stated and says KERNEL_INPAGE_ERROR. I was able to scan to completion once with firefox open and when I tried again, while logged in to facebook the blue screen appeared and the computer crashed. I have attached the error message so that you can see the details of it. shut down error.txt
  9. Ok, I ran both programs and attached the logs for adware cleaner. AdwCleanerR1.txt AdwCleanerS2.txt AdwCleanerS1.txt
  10. Ok, I did the scans and the programs removed the threats. I did run the fix damage tool also. However, I still feel that there may be an infection still because when I try to scan with malware bytes, the full scan causes the computer to crash and the BSOD to appear. I do scan sometimes when I have programs open, but malware bytes still goes extremely slow when all programs are closed. I keep getting prompts to update java... I feel that this may be linked with the infection somehow?
  11. Ok, I did the scans and attached them... RK report.txt attach.txt RK report x.txt
