I dropped the "www." off of the existing whitelist entry. I'll check back in a few minutes and see if that took care of it. Sorry about that!

Confirmed that there is no Browser Guard block either. It should be accessible to all as is.
-
Site has been whitelisted. I did it an hour or so ago, so it should be immediately accessible.

New topic created on this end, and resolved.

Site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.

The .com site was not affected by Browser Guard. Whitelist entries were added for the other two. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.

If a shortener link to a site is categorized as a trojan, it is important to know what the target site is and not just a reference to it. In any event, its not a Browser Guard issue, so I will punt it to our Web Research team.

Glad to hear it. I am going to send you a message on a totally unrelated topic. Just letting you know here so you can look for it.

Monkeywrenches find their way into the machinery from time to time, and there is usually an explanation. Usually is also an exceptionally vague term, which is why it is used so frequently. I ask questions at times, and I get answers at times...usually.

Unfortunately, by the time you type the request and hit the send button, its already too late. Google has already grabbed it by then.

Chris,
Could you try that again and see if you still have that block message? I am not seeing any indication that the site should be raising concern.
-
You likely did not post this in the Browser Guard forum, resulting in the extra questions.
I verified the block, tested the site and removed the block. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect.

I went to the website using both Firefox and Chrome, and outside of the fact that it wanted me to turn off ad blockers, I saw no blocks. I also checked whether there is an active phishing block, and none showed up. I don't know what to say other than try again. There should not be a block. If it is repeatable, I would need to get logs.

I referred this to my manager just in case there is anything going on there that merits technical attention.

Its good that you are cautious. I wish more users were. What exactly were you doing that triggered the detection?
If you are receiving a notification at the bottom of your screen, that is Malwarebytes Premium doing the detection. If you are getting a full page block that refers to Browser Guard, please attach a screenshot. I have checked the file URL you provided in VirusTotal, and it looks okay. I need to do my best to confirm a detection to know best what needs to be done from my end.

I referred this to our web research team, who investigated and determined that they could unblock the site. Please allow a few hours for their next database update. If it remains blocked afterwards (likely for top level domain or reputation), please repost and I will take care of that.

If accessing the site (which I verified) is not a problem, how do you encounter the problem?

UPDATE: Upon further investigation, I found that I whitelisted this site on the afternoon of October 29. It was blocked before that time, but whitelisting it five days ago fixed that issue.

Thank you for providing that. It is a different type of block than what was expected. I will submit it to the proper team for disposition.
