Since I cannot duplicate the environment you are using when the block takes place, I would need a log from Browser Guard to be able to see what the true issue is. Without that, I am stuck.

I whitelisted the site, but I also wanted to share a hint for you. You said it was clean on VirusTotal. It actually is, but you didn't know that because your data was more than three years old. The hint I am posting shows you how to make your data current.

Give it thirty minutes and try it out. I made a change that allowed the hashtag links to work. I had to remember to tell you, 'cuz I'm a photographer and they have some good stuff!
