  1. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  2. I need to know: The URL you are using that ends up with the content What type of Malwarebytes protection you currently use What browser you currently use What operating system you currently use My answers will vary based on the answers you provide.
  3. The catch is that if your download was intercepted, there might be a macro or six in it by the time your user got to it. That's why we block!
  4. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. The screenshot which you have provided does not say anything about spam. Your "Click to Dial" plugin is probably firing off multiple times in rapid succession, which is a behavior often shown in Tech Support Scams (nefarious sites trying to get you to call their offshore numbers and pay them big bucks for nothing). After 15-30 minutes, re-enable that plugin and look for that behavior. Making it less aggressive generally gets the job done without the need for whitelisting. P.S. The same behavior and similar block messages can also be shown for "notificationLoop", which is overuse of user notifications.
  5. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. The reason it was blocked it because Microsoft Office files (DOC/DOCX/XLS/XLSX/PPT/PPTX) are favorites of the bad guys for injecting malware into, and once the unsuspecting user runs them (always trusting macros, because that's what unsuspecting users do), they get infected.
  6. The issue is not 9 of 89, it is WHICH 9. Those sites have high reliability. If I saw one phishing block (particularly by one specific vendor), I might ignore it. These results were cause for concern. Considering the type of test results, I would focus efforts on checking code related to login and account maintenance, looking for any changes/updates.
  7. Based on the first set of test results (VirusTotal), our researchers looked deeper. They have decided that the site should be blocked by our premium product. I cannot lift the premium block based on their findings.
  8. The site has been whitelisted, although it was not blocked for me. I really like your screen background on the main page!!! Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  9. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  10. The sites have been whitelisted. Only the first one was being blocked. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  11. Your site is not blocked. If people are getting blocked for some reason other than access to the site, please clarify. If they were blocked from downloading, that is behind authentication and I have no way to verify that other than receipt of a log from a blocked user.
  12. I wish I could say that sometimes. Did you try to send the log as a JSONL file, or did you put it into a ZIP file first? JSONL=problem, ZIP=good
  13. This was reported and cleared already. Please dump your browser cache and try again. It is accessible.
  14. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. alertLoop and notificationLoop blocks are both due to routines which cause the browser to interact with the user in ways unrelated to the content being displayed. Those are favorite methods of Tech Support Scams and malware typically designed to scare a user into doing something they would not do otherwise.
  15. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. Only the EXE download was blocked, due to the inherent danger that an EXE file may present to a downloader if it was malicious.
  16. You have already reported this issue. I have already cleared this issue. Please dump your browser cache. You will find that your site is no longer blocked.
  17. We have a number of different blocks. Why you were warned not to go there is the missing link. It is also something that at least 70% of users do not tell me. I am trying to get developers to use language on each block message that is not repeated on any other block message, to improve my chances of reading between the lines. Your log would provide more information. Its available under the Support menu (the stack of meatballs in the upper right corner of the Browser Guard interface). The log is a JSONL file that can be opened in a text editor, providing you have one that can handle horrendously large files. If not (and you want to pursue this further), download it, zip it up, and send it to me here or in a private message. Judging by your ISP, I'd guess you are in Colorado. I don't think Utah would have a 9000 MSL unless you're on a ski slope, nor would Wyoming.
  18. That came from VirusTotal.com, but was using a paid subscription. That allowed me to look at relations. It showed a lot of older detections, but I looked only at ones that were recent. In this case, the detection was from today. That site can get muddy when it comes to content based there, other sites on the same IP address, links to other sites that have detections, and other sites (with detections) that link to your site. That is why I only mentioned the one. You need a Masters Degree in VirusTotal to do it right.
  19. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. For reference, alertLoop and notificationLoop blocks happen because of overuse of alerts and notifications. Toning them down a bit can prevent them.

  21. I always make sure that I am looking at current test results because they do change over time, whether it be for good or for bad. See if the file listed below rings a bell. It shows up as a phishing detection. There is one other one, though I am not adept enough at VirusTotal to tell you anything conclusive (I don't want to give you bad or misleading info). https://factoringglossary.org/wp-content/plugins/rbemeuc/amcustcare/fooddeys/NetCustcare/MARKET/>

  23. The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience. As far as your question goes, these are the VirusTotal results which were likely a factor: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/cbe4ca6b8ecbeadd647095d7fd1b9d295abc954bbf61c24ebc09c74afd7029e7/detection
  24. The catch is that I did not receive any kind of warning before the page loaded. I have tried every way I could think of to find a blocked path, and I have not found one.
  25. The page loads up just fine. What is the issue?
