  1. In Policy tab- Protection Settings, if that is disabled then NO real time protection is happening? Is it doing anything or basically just waits until I run a scan on the PC? If it is enabled but I have the all 3 unchecked is it doing anything? Under Advanced I have Silent Mode and Auto Quarantine Checked and Disable website blocking unchecked (we have a separate program for websites). In the Updater Settings I am a little confused. I have 3 locations (NY, LA, NV). If I want say LA to get the signature updates from a server in LA I see I can create a share but how am I getting the signatures there and constantly updated? The wording is confusing me -Download signature from alternative source every _ hours if management server is not accessible to _ hours. Does that mean it still tries the management server first? I want it to get it from the share NOT management server.
  2. I just installed the 30 day trial. I left the default policy but changed a copy of things after I deployed the client. I see the icon on the tray but when I right click I have the ability to make changes, like I can uncheck Start with Windows. I DO NOT want the users to be able to change anything. I have now changed to silent mode but do not really understand the difference between silent mode and Limited User Mode. I also changed in the policy to Disable website blocking but when I right click on a client PC Website blocking is checked. After the update to the policy I went to Deployment and added the groups I created and did Deploy now. The policy does not seem to be getting updated. Any help is appreciated.
