Hi Everyone, I'm working on someone's computer where they had the whole FBI ransomware issue. They also installed an antivirus before that called "internet Security 2013" that sounded like malware and was removed by Malwarebytes. It appears that all of the virus related stuff is gone, as the machine isn't being locked out anymore by the FBI screen, but now it loads the desktop and then the taskbar and icons disappear, which I presume is a crash of explorer.exe. I can't get to the task manager to reload it. I was able to get in through safe mode with command prompt and load explorer.exe manually.
