Considering if ANY application gets access to the internet it reboots instantly, how should I go about doing this?

I am having the same issues as located in this thread: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=125322 However, since some of the scripts here are custom, the results won't fix the computer. Any ideas?
