After attempting to download a download manager program, Download Accelerator from WWW.speedbit.com, a windows error began to appear frequently. The windows error reads: Run DLL as an App and needs to close. The malwarebytes scan failed to find the file responsable for this error. The Download Accelerator program did not complete installation so can not be uninstalled. I would appreciate any help provided. Below are a few windows error screenshots.
