  1. i get an error saying i must first choose an operating system. Bedtime here. More tomorrow. thanks for the help

  3. thanks - "Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next" i have no operating system listed , if i click Load Drivers, what do I choose?

  5. same problem here..how did u get to 'repair my computer'?
  6. also should be noted that i have disk encryption software prior to my regular startup (lots of trips to China) ...this seems to be stopping me from getting to the repair options using F8
  7. I've managed to get the virus on my work laptop. (posting this from my personal laptop) Tried several of the online fixes but cant get any of the safe modes to work. Lockscreen appears. Help please
