  1. Turned off active protection and that seems to have stopped the phone calls from people on how to respond to the message.

  3. How do I get information on what appears to be a false positive appearing all over the office. Anyone who has Acrobat 10 installed is getting this message "Malwarebytes has detected a malicious process attempting to start and has blocked the execution attempt." They need to select "Quarantine" and then they can proceed with the opening of the PDF file. But they need to go thru the initial screens of a fresh Acrobat installation. Trojan.Downloader.BD is the problem. This name is not a useful name of anything I can find information on. Am I the only one seeing this? Support lines are off the hook with people reporting this in my office.
  4. FYI... I receved the same issue with the Shoretel Call Manager. Same file but different location.
