  1. mbst-grab-results.zip Let me know if you have any issues with the zip file. Thanks
  2. Hi, I removed CCleaner and added the folders below to Real Time protection exclusion list for Norton and added to the Allowed list for MB. I rebooted and still have the same problem where I can't turn on Web protection and Ransomware protection. I realize this computer is old but I've had Norton and MB running on here for years without any issues and only within the last week has Web Protection not been able to be turned on. C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Let me know what the next steps are. Thanks.
  3. I've attached the files from the 3 steps and didn't disable anything prior to running them. Thanks in advance. Addition.txt AdwCleaner[C00].txt AdwCleaner[S00].txt FRST.txt MBscan.txt
  4. Folks, For the last week I've not been able to turn web protection on and finally attempted to uninstall/install MB today but now I can't turn web protection and ransomware protection on. Please advise. Thanks
  5. After deactivating, i went back into "View Details" and didn't see any change in status but ID and Key were still listed. I tried 4 time to deactivate to no avail. After running clean and install successfully, i saw same ID and Key info (without adding) using "View Details" link and deactivate and change license buttons were on the bottom. Is that something that should not have occurred? Aside from that, the updates are loading from the server now.
  6. Since last Saturday I have been unable to perform the database update. I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home (Premium) version 2.2.1.1043 and have been using this product for years. FYI, I loaded MS updates prior to and not sure this caused issue or perhaps i have a virus and malware on system. I'm on a 64bit Windows 7 laptop.
  7. no worries - didn't know if this would be overlooked due to multiple posts - new to the process - thanks
