  1. So I still have 4 of my clinet computers that have all these COMCTL32.dll and MSVCR90.dll errors. They cannot save documents in Word, cannot run or update Java, cannot load Open Office, HP Printer software errors with comctl32.dll errors.I have tried offline sfc file check repair, tried copying the files from other pc's or from anotehr folder on the PC. I have tried every solution there is posted. HOW CAN THIS BE SOLVED FOR THESE PEOPLE???
  2. Oh yeah I forgot to ask, Windows Server 2008 R2 boots to safemode BUT will not accept any passwords just like booting in Normal Mode. IS there any work around for this? Would the sfc /scannow work??
  3. I must THANK ALL the AWESOME people here helping one another to get through this disaster as quick as can be. I truly appreciate it and the fact Malwarebytes staff are helping and have made a place where all this help can come from. I have not slept much since Monday 3:15PM PST but my bank account thanks every single one of you that have helped. SO THANK YOU ALL !!!!!!!!
  4. Okay running the tool or System Restore I have fixe over 155 pcs now. BUT on 3 critical pcs after running the tool it will boot to normal mode BUT I get tons of errors looking for COMCTL32.dll and I do not have time to start hunting all over to figure this out. Is there an easy fix for it? I still have well over 100 more PC';s to fix. These pc's for some reason all had System Restore protection turned off and have NO RESTORE POINTS. I need this resolved ASAP!!!

  9. Starting on repairing computer number 56 today affected by this catastrophinc screwup. Its 3:15Am and this laptop won't boot to safe mode at first, finally did and NO system restore points. This client is SCREWED. Total rebuild number 17 now. I have so many pc's reloading in my office right now it is like 90 degreees in here now.
  10. Unacceptable! I can guarantee considering your testing team obviously screwed up that this was poor quality control on release of a new patch and this is costing people hours and hours of available time on thier PC's for their jobs therefore money lost there and also paid out to peoplelike myself to resolve the testing teams screw up. My clients are furious and so am I as this is 3AM my time and I see not time to sleep in the near future to get all these resolved as quickly as possible so they can get back to work. Pro licenses handed out to free users would go a long way to stopping a law
  11. I have all my clients install Malwarebytes and today 18% of them that were hit cannot even after all this get back into their PC's. It looks like the only way I maybe able to get them running is a backup of data and reload their PC's from scratch. What is Malwarebytes going to do for these clients that are now looking at 2-4 hours of service bills from technicians like me? I think this is more than fair of a question to ask and expect an answer.
