Therefore do NOT expect them to remove viruses per se. There are worms that are classed as a type of virus that they remove but there are true viruses that they do not target. That is relegated to traditional anti virus applications and is one of the reasons MBAM is an adjunct anti malware application and not a replacement for an anti virus application"
