Hi, Happy holidays. Did play for more than 1 hour today without PC shut down. Check Hardwaremonitor. Temp is around 45 max. Yesterday nearly reaching the hour mark it shut down.

120mm intake fan in front. 2 120mm exhaust fan on top. 1 small fan on back behind CPU and HSF. 2 push pull fan on HSF. I dont want to dismantle the HSF since I've read some stuck to the CPU cover plate because the thermal paste harden like cement. I dont have other PC lying around as spare. If something goes wrong its not a good idea to find replacement for an old CPU and old socket mobo.

Yes push-pull. I play for an hour without the system shut down. I hope it wont be some weird unexplained cause. Is it a sign to say it cant do hard work anymore?

Hi CWB, I added extra fan to HSF. I read that temperature around 60C would be still in the acceptable operating temperature. I didnt install cool-and-quiet since my PC can cope with games back then without problem. I did set everything to low setting in new games. My PC is more than 2 years old. Guess need to upgrade to new hardware. Sorry my reply is not fluid like yours. My frame of mind at this moment just put everything in point form. Thanks.

Hi David, Did the update. I guess I bought a cheap motherboard. Extra features where you can set everything cost extra. That is why the price range vary from $50-$150 for those feature. I learn my lesson. Next time you have to pay to get those options.

Hi David, I dont have a phone with those high megapixel camera. A picture would come out quite bad. I use CoolerMaster 212 HSF with two fan. On idle now fan speed register around 1600 RPM. I wish to inform that I play BF4 prior posting this and it didnt shut down on me.

Hi, When I download a patch for the game my PC was running for more than 24hrs non stop. Only when I play Battlefield 4 it shutdown. My PC spec just barely meet the minimum requirement for the game with everything set at low setting. I have a CoolerMaster 212 HSF to cool my CPU.

Hi, My PC shutdown while playing games when the temperature start to rise. How do I change the max temp setting so it wont shutdown. I have an AMD Phenom II 955 CPU with an Asus M4a770TD motherboard. Thanks.

My pc is more than 3 years old. Last year I change the battery. The Clock is not accurate and have to be set every time when I need to use it. Sometime I forget to set it. Do I need to put in another battery?

I got a friend that purchase toner printer for his company and he get the $5 mouse free for every purchase of toner. In 1 year he use around a dozen of those $5 mouse and I am still using the same gaming mouse.

No. It just cost cheaper compared to other gaming mouse.

Compressed air. I just give a gentle blow to it. Its not a proper way since it will distort the optics. I would like to get my hands on some compressed air so I can clean not just my mouse/keyboard but the fins of my CPU cooler. Can someone recommend me please. Thanks.

If you go to the link above you can see the bottom part of the mouse. Dust particles can go in the laser opening. How do I clean that?
