My computer is running Windows 10. This morning Malwarebytes won't open. The little green circle spins when I try to open the program, but nothing happens.

For some time now, I have been getting e-mails from Facebook indicating that someone from Shanghai, China and someone in Mexico has accessed my Facebook account. I frequently use Malwarebytes to scan my computer and 99.9% of the time, no malware is found. However, when I am using Facebook, I frequently get notices from Malwarebytes informing me that attempts were made to access my Facebook account, but Malwarebytes blocked the attempts. But, when I check my Facebook account activity, I see that someone from Shanghai and other places have accessed the account. (I need to add that I use a VPN, but the server is in the US.) Could someone or some people hacked my Facebook account or could the be able to hack my Facebook account at will? And, what can I do about that if it is happening. Thanks for any and all help.

Malwarebytes was showing a trusted program as malware and when I tried to restore the tagged items I got an error code: 725 (32.0). What does this mean and how can I show a trusted program as not being malware? Thanks.

I recently had to reset my computer and after the computer reset, I downloaded Malwarebytes again and attempted activate the program by entering the License Key for my current subscription which does not expire until next spring. When I did that, I saw a message indicating that I had too many devices activated and had to remove one (1) device. But, I only have one (1) device. I have done this multiple times with the same result. Does anyone know how to correct this situation. Any and all suggestions will be welcome.
