  1. So I purchase a license from newegg but I cant activate the license key in the software. A screen shot is linked. Now this problem is on two of my PCs. The activate license button is greyed and I can't select even after inputing a valid license.
  2. But toanswer your question the BSOD have occured before I was running multiple AV programs. Have been for some time I cant figure it out and other suspicious activity I just wanted to know if I was had some infection that the programs were missing.
  3. Well my problem wasnt bitdefender. I have just been trying different software trying to figure out if I have a malare problem. Bitdefender has been working pretty well otherwise
  4. Ok done. I had malwarebytes previously installed as well with superantispyware but they were causing conflicts and bitdefender wouldnt even start.
  5. I actually only installed avast! tonight to run an additional scan. I thought I disabled it, but will uninstall it right now.
  6. Oh by the way I didnt click delete in rogue killed, figured I should wait and hear back
  7. Been having problems with my computer for awhile. I have suspected perhaps malware, no particular reason. I have experienced BSOD, random file and setting changes, etc.. Hoping to hear what the experts think! Thanks for your time guys! I ran rogue killer as well which found 2 problems in registry> ¤¤¤ Registry Entries : 2 ¤¤¤ [HJ DESK] HKLM\[...]\NewStartPanel : {59031a47-3f72-44a7-89c5-5595fe6b30ee} (1) -> FOUND [HJ DESK] HKLM\[...]\NewStartPanel : {20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} (1) -> FOUND Not sure what that means. I can post the entire log if needed. For now i just added the dd.scr logs. dds.txt attach.txt
