I need help , my malwarebyte pro is not working and will not be recognized in add/remove. I am not even sure we own this laptop any longer, because I can not get to safe mode easily if at all. This mess was due to Windows 10 and I did not know my computer would not do well so removed it and put a download in to stop that and can't find my notes on what that was called I thin GWT but really do not remember . I tried the CD to reinstall and because it was backed up on Acronis on a device and they will not honor that back up Key for the program and said it was out dated. I thought a back up was to last ? I ran JRT.txt yesterday hope it helps and I could really use some advice even if I don't follow instructions well . I know you all try, oh, and my updater keeps running and I tried that fix it , all but one was fixed as far as I can tell but looks to me like a Windows XP and may be should never have been on my laptop. Great job , I was recently hacked again and ran Malwarebytes Pro and it picked up seven key loggers . LOL now I have to fix this laptop but it picked up on those thank you

I had rolled back system restore due to bad download and can not get my key or id to be recognized , I have that receipt for it from clever bridge years ago and that is where I am getting my ID and Key. I had some one called Jeff L. help me update or upgrade just a few days before from malwarebytes help via email but I had to do it all over again

I no longer see it after removing Opera and Firefox , It was in systrey and I do have malwarebytes pro, that did not find any thing . Slip , oop , me bad. That symbol was a triangular warning sign , like a duck crossing sign on the road or deer ahead kind of yellow sign. hrm?

I got a warning today that said I had to many files open , that was on Oprah and I deleted it and put up the Firefox web it also said I had too many files open , which is now asking for donations so was not sure if it was ok to use. I actually had purchased two Malewarebyets programs for the first time today I see two icons for malwarebytes, and I thought that might be a problem . One paid version was on my Windows XP and one on this Windows 7. Looks like two are here and wonder if they both run? Two appear in system trey one on one with warning, Both are Premium, I purchased both. I only see one Malwarebyes in add/remove Data base 2014.9.14.10 has a red symbol warning that it is not running or needs a update the other one in system trey appears running fine Data Base 2014.9.20.5 Both are program version 2.0.2.1012
