Service.exe is infected (trojan Backdoor)

Hey guys! i'm having problems with an infected file that keeps making spawns of trojan horses. AVG says my service.exe is infected and cannot be removed! BTW i'm running windows 8. Any idea on how to get rid of this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated
