Well I don't see any problems, however I don't know what 'fixed' the issue as none of the scans I did seemed to detect the issue so I'm worried that it may not be completely removed.

It's telling me that my OS is not supported, should I try compatibility settings?

All banner ads on all web pages display an ad for adknowledge.com, i've tried antivirus and malware bytes scans and neither of them detect any issues. I can't find a program called adknowledge installed and googling hasn't produced anything helpful, please help! Thanks much. Attach.txt DDS.txt
