So far so good...

I didn't get any strange redirects and didn't see that strange Button anymore. Also my hosts file is now visible and writable again (it wasn't before) and those funny entries are gone, too.

Also I found out that it was Microsoft Security Essentials, that automatically disabled Windows Defender (Seems if your run MSE, you no longer need WD), not a malware or something.

So I guess everything is fine now

I attached the ComboFix file.

I also noticed that Windows Defender was disabled, but I didn't do it so i guess the bad fellow we are fighting did this... :/

aswMBR also stopped working in safe mode at the same file.

Sadly avast! Antirootkit stops working when scanning something in C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications...

Guess it has to do with those strange entries in the hosts file but i can't seem to get rid of them...
