[Browser Search Results Redirect Virus]

I have a user that is infected with a virus to redirect his search results from any search engine, not just Google. I ran malwarebytes and it found 5 threats which I deleted, howerver the problem still perists. I've attached the attach.txt & dds.txt logs from hijack this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
