Looks like I spoke too soon, still got it. I kept getting a popup that said "Application Error Exception EAccessViolation in module ERUNT.3XE at 00003A38. Access violation at address 00403A38 in module 'ERUNT.3XE'. rEAD OF ADDRESS 0076005D. ComboFix.txt

Those two programs are safe. My computer has no confidential information on it but I would still like to try and avoid reformatting as much as possible.

I've been having problems with the google redirect virus for a while and tried just about everything and now it seems to be interfering with other parts such as whenever I right-click I get a run dll error that says : "There was a problem starting C:\Users\owner\AppData\Local\Temp\sbcwcqo\stiybie\wow.dll".
