  3. Hello, I have a Oneview account for our MSP. I've been unable to login for over two months. The code never matches the one on my Microsoft authenticator. I have tried emailing support and get no replies. Specifically, I am emailing MSPPartner . Please advise. Thanks.
  4. Hello, I realize this is out of the scope of OS protection. However, if it were not too hard to add it would be very useful to have temperature monitoring in the OneView dashboard. Possibly even the ability to set thresholds which would send an alert. Or anyone have any thoughts of something that possible already does this? Thanks.

  7. You don't need a new computer to run Windows 10. I agree with AdvancedSetup that you should consider upgrading. This could solve your issue with Ccleaner.   9. Hello, I have a Mac getting the 'Background Service Is Offline' error. I have followed the procedure regarding the system keychain being in restricted mode but it is not in restricted mode. The Mac was running 10-11-6 but I have upgraded it to 10.12.6 and after reinstalling the issue still exists. Most options from the menu are greyed out such as Turn on Realtime Protection, Start Scan, also Uninstall Malwarebytes is greyed out. I have reinstalled 4 times. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  10. MBAR removed Rootkit.MTGen which solved this issue for me. Now MBAM GUI opens normally. The OS was Win 10.
  11. We sell hundreds of copies of MBAM per year. The #1 problem our customers are having is when the UI is waiting for them to hit the 'Quarantine' button. The button is just not obvious and the new version just generally harder to figure out. I have faith it will improve. Thanks for all the work!

  13. Thanks for the suggestions. Went through those and after mbam is installed it is once again very slow to log on or switch users. Once I uninstall mbam the system is lightning fast.

  16. Hello, I own a small computer shop and have sold hundreds of MBAM boxed copies and had very little issues until now. When mbam is installed the user log on is very slow. Especially when switching users. On all the systems we work on we also install microsoft security essentials. So far I have tries adding mbam directory and process to ignore list in mse. I have tried disabling website blocking. The only thing that makes this machine run right is uninstalling mbam but that is not a solution. I have done my regular forum searching and googling to no avail. Hopefully someone here can help. Thanks.
