[FBI MoneyPak virus infecting safe mode]

My computer has been infected with the FBI MoneyPak virus. I have read that most people can fix this problem by restarting the computer in safe mode and running a virus scanner. Unfortunately, the FBI MoneyPak virus has also infected my safe mode. When I restart in safe mode, I only have a few seconds before the MoneyPak screen appears. My computer is completely frozen once this screen pops up. I am using Windows Vista. Someone please help!
