Thank you for your reply. However it doesn't answer my question unless you're telling me I need to pay for assistance? Apparently there is a program, perhaps legit, called PC Cleaner Pro which Malwarebytes does not remove. My problem is with "PC Cleaner" which is blocking both McAfee and Malwarebyte scans. The program doesn't show up anywhere such as the start or in the Win7 software removal. When I check to compatibility of Malwarebytes in Win7 it says "incompatible". Might Malwarebytes be interested IF a competitor is saying their program is "incompatible"?

My lap-top is infested by "PC Cleaner". I downloaded your "free" product. I am unable to open it and scan anything....the same problem I have with McAfee, who sent me to your site. Do I assume that Malwarebyts does not consider PC Cleaner "malware"? Any suggestions as to how I can use your product? Thanks Enegue
