in Website Blocking

Well, I got an email from a friend of mine, saying that my website, ussmercury.net is blocked. I spoke with him a little more and found out it is an IP block. My site's IP address is 174.132.194.58
I'm pretty sure this is a false positive, since all my site is is a role playing game site, it's certainly not anything bad.
Can someone help?
