[Chameleon is blocking my ability to save any pictures or delete anything.]

Installing Chameleon was the very last thing I did before this problem started, my computer now asks me for adminstrator permission and I can't unblock it. I am logged in as the administrator, but it doesn't allow me to change permissions. How do I uninstall Chameleon? I can't end the winlogon.exe process with the task manager either.
