It's 64 and running vista. I should have good restore points I tried that when I was able to log on in safe mode but there was an error it said that wouldn't allow me to do it. Thanks

I got the fbi money pack virus sometime today. I ran malwarebytes in safe mode and nothing was detected after a 2 hour scan. Then I went in and found a few corrupt files and deleted them. That didn't work either. Now I can not open windows at all the fbi screen opens in safe mode and I can't perform any tasks to do any restore or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Right now I am just using my phone. Also tried opening different user and that's infected to. Thanks Adam
