stdole32L.dll was no where to be seen in the folder SysWow64 sir. Infact, there were two files namely stdole2.tlb and stdole32.tlb but not stdole32L.dll.
-
one thing dat i noticed after the Combofix scan is that now there is no flag of message that was saying "windows security centre service cant be started" and furthermore now i can open my MSE program and it does not disappear.
-
Here is the log file u asked for : ComboFix.txt
-
Sir do you think that if i re-install my windows and completely removing the current one can help me with this situation, i mean i already have all the necessary backup on my ext. hard disk so re installing windows won't be a problem for me...
-
I can have a quick view while opening the MSE and it says "start now" and then the program closes instantly. This means it's already been turned off then why combofix is showing that MSE is active???
-
Sir i cant disable my antivirus (microsoft security essentials) program since i cant open it. As soon as i start the program the window disappears and i cannot turn off the its real-time protection feature.
-
And i am also done using the fixdamage tool and rebooting my system but again the same result!!!
-
Sir, I have done a one time scan using the MBAR after updating the latest definitions. It has detected 9 malware threats and i have removed those but still after the reboot I am experiencing the same problem or it seems like nothing has been resolved. The log files as mentioned are hereby attached :
mbar-log-2012-12-29 (19-53-08).txtsystem-log.txt
I dnt know what to do next.

Hi!!!
I'm running Windows 7 Home premium. Just a while ago I downloaded an .exe file. When I ran it, nothing happened and it suddenly disappeared from my desktop. After a while a flag of messages in my task bar appeared, saying that Windows Security Center was turned off. I tried to turn it on, but a message saying "The Windows Security Center service can't be started" appeared. Every Antivirus and security program has been turned off now.
I also tried to do a restore, but the restore service was also disabled. Also whenever i try to open some link, it will open some other tabs or Popup kind of things.
This is my HiJack This Log

Also there is some quick message whenever i started the scan with HijackThis which says:
For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, Hijack This may NOT be able to fix this.
If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run and type:
notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. Save the file as 'hosts' (with quotes), and reboot.
For Vista: simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HijackThis icon, choose 'Run as administrator'.
Please help me out with this issue..!!!

no sir....the problem is not that MSE is not starting but still the same that the windows security centre service, windows defender are not functioning. Wat about that stdole32L.dll problem that you mentioned earliar. It was no where to be seen in the folder SysWow64 sir. Infact, there were two files namely stdole2.tlb and stdole32.tlb but not stdole32L.dll.
