My computer slowed to 0 yesterday. I noticed 100% CPU usage. I attempted to run Malwarebytes, and it took forever, but after a few hours it found 2 objects. At that point the program became unresponsive. I also cannot run antivirus software. I am running in safe mode without networking, Windows 7. I don't know what to do next.
