  1. Thanks for that information, I am now back in protection mode with Malwarebytes Pro. I didn't understand about exclusions with Kaspersky Internet Security. I couldn't find any help on Kaspersky's exclusions in that link you provided. Do you know how to add an exclusion to Kaspersky? If not, I will see if I can find that information needed on Kaspersky's website.
  2. I have just upgraded Malwarebytes Pro to version 1.70.0.1100, now it says under the Protection tab that protection is disabled. The start protection module with Windows is enabled, but still displays Protection disabled. The operating system I am running is Windows 7, the anti-virus software I am running is Kaspersky Internet Security, I am also running Spybot Search and Destroy. Could someone please help me with this?
