  1. I am running windows 7 and was not having any noticeable issues, but decided to download, install, and run malwarebytes yesterday. Upon completion of scan, there were apparently 130 infected files. I proceeded to have them removed and restarted computer after prompt. Now, the computer will not fully boot up - it just continues to spin while homescreen is partially loaded. I am now in safe mode with networking, but am wondering if some files were deleted that should not have been - any help appreciated.
  2. I downloaded and installed malwarebytes yesterday. My laptop was functioning normally, but I ran a scan to be safe and it showed a list of infected files (about 130) and I selected the option to remove them and then restart computer. Now, my laptop will only partially reboot - it keeps spinning with only a partially loaded homescreen. I have windows 7 - could some files have been selected as infected that were erased that shouldn't have been?
