[Possible Spybot Related Virus]

I would appreciate any help you can give. I may be just paranoid but. today while I was trying to find an instruction booklet for a Honeywell thermostat. I encountered a web page that never loaded,just continually kept atempting to load but nothing came up. I was unable to stop the download. so i cut the machine off. Fearing an attempt to hijack my computer I booted up in safe mode and ran spybot search and destroy. (version 2.0.12.1260) After approximately fifteen minutes the computer shut down. I booted up again in regular mode and ran malwarebyte.Scan was negative. Problem is A pop up has appeared alledgely from the User Account Control stating File Remover(Spybot-Search and destroy is requesting your permission to remove file ) I don't understand if this is spybot requesting permission to remove a file or something trying to remove spybot. I cannot cancel this pop up , I cannot continue. Any button i push just makes it pop up again. Is it possible that it's a virus trying to make me delete spybot.Here is my HiJack Log. Additionally when the notice is on the screen i cannot perform any other functions. To get this far I've had to cancel ten or more times.then the notice it just blinks on the task bar.Thanks In Advance
