[trojan still there, everytime I start up or scan...everyday]

Everyday I find this same problem. I have in malwarebytes a quarantined threat --

Trojan Agent C:\Windows\svchost.exe

I have run the malwarebytes

I also did the chameleon (1-12)

this is in the pro version of malwarebytes

I am frustrated and not sure what to do next
