Yea, you can close this topic.. I sorted it out myself.. did take almost 24h for response but thanks for trying

So I was testing out a new service and it popped up saying that my net connection wasn't fast enough to run the service, i did a quick speed test and was getting 1.4mbps capped on my desktop but on my laptop was testing a fine 10mbps I have run combofix and it found startnow toolbar and deleted it, I'm running kaspersky AV and TDSS killer didnt find any rootkits...
