[New fbi virus]

I've had it before...run malewarebytes and it will remove it or go into %appdata% %user% files and remove .exe files. Look for dates and delete files...not this time.

Seems to be a little stronger this time. Can't use task manager either. Blocks system restore as well. Won't allow for anything except safe mode.

Anyone have any help for me? Netbook as been down for a few days..maybe I'm just missing something.
