Seems to be running fine as of now. Thank you for the help are there any reccomendations to keep my system more tightly locked down?

When I frist updated in had a error updatingthe database the second time I tried updating it worked. I'm not sure if that is relevent information. Also, here are the logs.

I scaned with malewarebytes and found out I have the Trojan.Agent infection on my system. I did quarintine it however, I have read a post similar on here to mine and beleive it will be on my system when I shutdown and turn on tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated in resolving this issue.
